Registered Dietitian · Axis Nutrition
A dietitian helps you make sense of the mixed messages about food and figure out what actually works for your health and your goals. In our sessions, we look at what you're already eating, your routine, your likes and dislikes, and your health history, then build a clear, realistic plan around your real life. You get practical, personalized guidance you can stick with, not generic rules or quick fixes.
No diagnosis? Many clients come simply to eat better, have more energy, or stay ahead of health risks before they become problems. You're welcome here. Book a free call and we'll figure out if it's a good fit.
Not sure I'm the right fit? Grab a free 10-minute call. Ready to go? Book your initial assessment instead.
Before your first session, you'll fill in a short health history form online. This lets me come prepared with context specific to your situation.
We meet virtually, no commute, no waiting room. Every session is one-on-one, and you'll leave with a clear plan that fits your actual life.
All services are tax-exempt. You'll receive a receipt after each session for your records.
Book sessions one at a time. A good fit if you already have a care plan, or you'd rather start with just the initial and decide on next steps from there.
A lower per-session rate, plus messaging access between appointments for quick questions (replies within 1–2 business days). No need to commit upfront, so start with your initial and add a package whenever you're ready.
I'm a Registered Dietitian in Vancouver, seeing clients virtually across British Columbia. I started Axis Nutrition to offer something different from generic advice. I'll meet you where you are with no jargon, no guesswork, just a clear, practical plan built around your real life.
Food is personal. It's shaped by where you grew up, how your family eats, and the culture around your table. Whatever your background, I want your plan to fit the food you actually eat. I also see patients in Cantonese and share a familiarity with Chinese cooking and the way many families eat.
Every client gets one-on-one attention, a written care plan, and a receipt you can submit to insurance or claim on your taxes.
Many extended health benefit plans cover Registered Dietitian services. You'll receive a receipt after each session that you can submit directly to your insurer. Check your plan details to confirm your coverage. I don't direct bill, so payment is collected upfront.
No referral needed. You can book directly. If you'd like me to coordinate with your physician or other care providers, I'm happy to do so with your written consent.
Sessions are conducted via secure video through Practice Better. You'll receive a link before your appointment. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection. No software to install.
24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) incur a $50 fee. No-shows are charged the full session rate. Life happens, so just let me know as early as possible.
Payment is due 24 hours before each session via Interac e-transfer. A credit or debit card is also kept on file. All services are tax-exempt, so no GST/HST applies to registered dietitian services.
Book the free discovery call. It's 10 minutes, no charge, and zero commitment. We'll talk through what you're dealing with and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help or point you in the right direction if not.
